Ingredients :
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
2 cups Minute White Rice, uncooked
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen vegetable blend, thawed
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
How To Prepare :
1. Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until browned.
2. Add broth; stir. Bring to boil.
3. Stir in rice, vegetables and prepared cheese product; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked thr
